Wanda Sykes Tickets

Wanda Sykes has been one of the most popular and successful female comedians of the last several decades. In addition to numerous film and TV credits, she has also maintained a thriving stand-up career, and anybody who picks up Wanda Sykes tickets will see why.

Sykes' career began in the late 1980s when, dissatisfied with the path her professional life was taking, started performing stand up in Washington D.C. After several years, she developed her skills and made the trip to New York City, where her career began in earnest. By the middle-to-late 90s, she started to make a name for herself with bit parts on TV in the movies.

By the time the 2000s rolled around, Sykes had established herself as a mainstay in the comedy world, and in 2009 she was awarded with her own talk show on Fox. Though it was short lived, it was obvious she had cemented her place in the entertainment industry.

Whether it's through her memorable role on "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "The New Adventures of Old Christine" or her hit comedy album Sick & Tired, Sykes will long be a favorite among comedy fans.
