Walking with Dinosaurs Tickets

In Australia in 2007, nearly 20 prehistoric dinosaurs were given free run of various tropical jungles. Through the use of animatronics, live footage of the rain forests and simulation, set producers recreated the dinosaur era. These creatures, brought back to life, have toured across the world to amaze viewers with near real-life sounds and sights. Walking with Dinosaurs tickets are sure to give an experience that is out of this world.

The BBC set out in 1996 to make this show about paleontology, which eventually grew into the monstrous hit, Walking with Dinosaurs. The time of dinosaur rule spanned nearly 200 million years. The show features the full reign of the creatures from the Triassic and Jurassic periods to the Cretaceous period. It takes three men to operate each of the life-size frames of the 20 different dinosaurs built for the project, with each large dinosaur weighing in at 1.6 tons.

Walking with Dinosaurs does not sidestep the dramatic end of the species. Tyrannosaurus Rex leads this cast of familiar dinosaurs, giving audience members the chance to see the great creatures as if they were alive today. A paleontologist is the lone human in the show, set apart from the giant creatures, and guides the audience through time.
