Saw the Vince Vaughn and Kevin James Comedy Roadshow last night...UUGGGHHH The only thing Vince and Kevin did was talk back and forth to each other about nonsense and shamelessy plug their new movie coming out in January! There were no sketches. I felt ripped off that they used their names to promote three other comedia...ns. Richie Minervini was kinda funny, Steve Byrne relied too heavily on racial strereotypes, mostly making the audience uncomfortable. Owen Benjamin was purely funny, using his keyboard for extra emphasis. I give this show a 2.5 (out of 5). Should have watched Comedy Central and saved my money!
I thought I bought tickets to the "Vince Vaugh & Kevin James" roadshow but apparently silly me was surprised when thats not who seemed to be performing!!! Vince Vaugh & Kevin James were the MC's for the show not the actual comedians performing! Honestly, I felt I was baboozled into seeing comedians I didn't know I was paying to see. I also found the show to be hard to hear. It seemed to me that the reason for the show was to promote their new movie, "Dilemma". Which I was looking forward to seeing, but now I'll pass due to the fact that I feel like I was taken for ride!
