Excellent!
This was my first play. I chose this play because of my familiarity with the actors. I had never been to the downtown area of Los Angeles, so it took me a couple of turns to find the parking. I did some research and the local TV station did a piece about the play that only increased my desire to attend this play. The play had a good pace and always had me guessing (sometimes I was wrong). The characters were well balanced and they provided insight into the times of the play. It was obvious what the outcome of the play was going to be, but it was exciting to see how each characters opinion changed as the play progressed. I was concerned about leaving the facility after the play, but he transition from the parking lot onto the freeway made the experience enjoyable. I look forward to my next play.
This is an excellent play diminished somewhat by Richard Thomas' performance. He is weak in the central role. Don't expect much from George Wendt in a very small role. None the less, it is a compelling play with a capable cast except for Thomas
We were surprised that it was only 90 minutes long, but made sense that there wasn't an intermission due to the fact that it would be hard to stop and restart again...
