Thomas Rhett Concert Tickets

Singer/songwriter Thomas Rhett brings together contemporary country and classic rock 'n' roll to create a fantastic variety of feel-good hits. The son of country superstar Rhett Akins, Thomas Rhett has blazed his own trail alongside contemporaries such as Jason Aldean and Brantley Gilbert. Rhett's music displays a notable urban streak that he attributes to the hip hop and rock music he listened to as a kid in Georgia. However, it was his childhood experience watching his father go through the music industry that turned him off from a career in the industry. He had no intention of becoming a recording artist until his friends encouraged him to play at frat parties in various universities around Tennessee and Georgia.

It was playing at those parties that Rhett realized there was a whole generation of kids out there who had been raised on the same kinds of disparate music genres as he had. They were looking for someone who could synthesize those styles into something new and accessible. This thought would eventually lead to Rhett signing with Big Machine Label Group, a Valory Music Co offshoot.
