Third Day Concert Tickets

Christian rock has risen to become one of the most popular genres in music over the last two decades, and Third Day has been leading the charge. The Georgia natives have combined a mainstream sound with a message that appeals to millions of fans, many of whom pick up Third Day tickets in a moment's notice.

Third Day got its start in the early 1990s, when Mac Powell and Mark Lee began playing together with former member Billy Wilkins. Soon after, they teamed up with drummer David Carr and Tai Anderson and it wasn't long before they were recording music. The band's self-titled debut hit shelves in 1996, and while it was not a success commercially, it did enjoy considerable critical acclaim and international stardom was not far off.

Powell, Lee and the gang got their big breakthrough with the release of the 1999 album Time, a critical favorite. By the turn of the century, Third Day was playing shows around the globe and their place among the best crossover acts was cemented with the release of 2008's Revelation, which cracked the top 10 on the Billboard 200 charts.

Following the success of the album, the band appeared on a string of late night TV spots including "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and The Late Show with Craig Ferguson." The band's Revelation song, "This is Who I Am," also made an appearance in the video game, NASCAR 09. Third Day remains a force within the Christian music world, and if their recent success is any indication, they aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
