It was a wonderful performance. My Sister and I had gotten tickets to take our Mother for her birthday. We never dreamed that we both would enjoy the evening so much. I could sit through the concert time and time again. Can't wait until they come back to Springfield or Branson Missouri!
It was a great night. The music was beautiful, and I would highly recommend The Ten Tenors to anyone.
Nice experience. Pleasant sounds, but some so-so/strident voices. The first encore showed us a sound we had not heard all evening: a beautiful harmonic blending they had not used earlier: need more of it. They need direction: they're obviously bored...and they looked AWFUL!! They are a nice-looking group, but I couldn't stop noticing that they all looked like hoboes/homeless. Clean those suits! Press those suits!
It was a great night...Some of the folk songs I could have done without but overall it was great. I was moved to tears at the end. Loved the Queen songs and the Bee-Gee's. I wish, for them, that it had been a full house. Last, there was an obnoxious couple fondling each other during the ENTIRE performance. They offended so many of us, about 13 people. The people directly behind them moved at intermission. It was disgusting and after many of us said something, they seemed to get into it more. It was so disturbing and this did take away from the show. Plus the woman smelled so bad of alcohol. This was the worst. I watched most of the show with my pamphlet covering my left eye so I didn't have to see them out of my peripheral vision. Trust me when I say, they were obnoxious.
