I've attended O'Jays/Whispers concert since 1989. Had a blast in February 2008. Seen the O'Jays in Hampton, VA/Washington, DC (seen them - my hometown since 1989 there)/Detroit, MI, and Dover, DE. Not sure if they would perform in DC 2009; I would be very heartbroken, and disappointed if they don't. I recognize that they are getting older; but, they still give a good show, and I look forward to February every year. WOW! I luv the Jays/Whispers/Jeffrey Osborne tour. Will forever support! Mz. B.
