The Faint Concert Tickets

The Faint is an indie rock band from Omaha, Nebraska, that once included Bright Eyes frontman Conor Oberst. The band, originally called Norman Bailer, has gone through many iterations, but numerous personnel changes have not stopped The Faint from developing a signature pop punk sound. The Faint is one of the flagship groups on Saddle Creek Records, a label that helped define Omaha’s music scene. Other Saddle Creek artists include Bright Eyes, Cursive, Azure Ray and Tokyo Police Club. Buy The Faint tickets now to see this remarkably versatile dance band live!

The Faint released its first full-length album in 1998, Media. A year later, the group released its second album, Blank-Wave Arcade. With the new addition of a keyboard player, The Faint’s sophomore work attracted a slew of new fans with its 80s new wave pop meets punk sound. In 2001, the band put out Danse Macabre, a synth-heavy, eerie, yet somehow uplifting album that defined the band’s sound.

After touring to promote its fifth studio album, Fasciinatiion, The Faint disbanded temporarily in 2008, claiming that making music was no longer fun. Fortunately for fans, The Faint reunited to start making music again in 2013.
