The Bridges of Madison County Theater Tickets

You may know the book, you may know the movie, but now it’s time to see The Bridges of Madison County musical, a stirring show produced by Tony Award-winning composer Jason Robert Brown and directed by Tony winner Bartlett Sher. This mesmerizing production is based upon the best-selling romance novel by Robert James Waller. Get your Bridges of Madison County tickets before they’re gone.

The musical takes place in 1965 Iowa and follows Francesca Johnson, an Italian-American housewife, and her affair with a National Geographic photographer, Robert Kincaid. Although the romance between the two was brief, lasting only four days, the story is still extremely powerful and full of passion.

The music in The Bridges of Madison Country production helps the characters and the storyline come to life. Brown conducted a 10-piece orchestra during the show to produce foot stomping tunes for all to enjoy.

The production stars four-time Tony award nominee Kelli O’Hara, who plays Francesca Johnson, and Steven Pasquale as Robert Kincaid. While this is Pasquale’s first time on the Broadway stage, it’s not his first time entering the acting scene. He nabbed a breakout TV role playing Sean Garrity of FX’s Rescue Me. Both actors have undeniable chemistry on stage which should make for an emotional and tear-jerking show.
