The Black Lips Concert Tickets

Cole Alexander, Ian St. Pe, Jared Swilley and Joe Bradley make up the wild and unpredictable garage punk band Black Lips. This band from Atlanta puts its own bluesy southern twang into all of its gleefully reckless hard-edged rock songs. The band’s early shows had a somewhat infamous reputation for including wild antics that would often get them kicked out of venues. The crazy group knows how to put on a good show, always bringing loads of energy to the stage. Black Lips tickets are your key to some real hard hitting rock and roll.

Alexander and Swilley put the band together after being expelled from high school during their senior year. The group originally included lead guitarist Ben Eberbaugh who was tragically killed by a drunk driver in 2002, just months before their debut album was set for release. In memory of their friend, the band dedicated their first full-length album Black Lips! to Eberbaugh.

With strong influences from such punk luminaries as The Sonics and The Kinks, the Black Lips have most often been compared to contemporary bands such as Turbo Fruits and Dwarves.
