The concert was amazing.
Sherwood started off, with a bang and even though I don't particularly care for them, for an opener they were probably the best I've seen. Sherwood wasa followed by Rocket Summer, who also engaged the crowd in a way of true expertise. However, the lead singer is a cutie-pie and there were about a million 12 to 13 year olds (I call them teeny boppers) screaming bloody murder at him to try and catch his attention. Their first three songs were barely heard, because of all this screaming, but they DID have a good set, which all the girls enjoyed. They actually had a lot of talent. The next band, was ARMOR FOR SLEEP. Which is one of my all-time FAVORITE bands, so basically I was there to see them. They opened up and ended with my two favorite songs, and then afterwards I met the lead singer. And last but not least was The Academy Is. Of course, they were AWESOME. They had an amazing set, and the crowd was wild. People young and old enjoyed each and every band. Also, the Nokia Theater is BEAUTIFUL!!! I would definitely go see the show again, definitely.
