The stadium was completely awsome. We actually found parking pretty close and that was suprising. We had a wonderful weekend!

Texas Longhorns College Football Tickets
Few things go together better than Texas and football. The Lone Star state is home to some of the best gridiron action in the country, and the University of Texas college football program is testament to that. The program can trace its roots back to the 1890s, but it was not until the '60s when Texas began to build its reputation as a regular National Championship title contender. Under the leadership of head coach Darren K. Royal, the Longhorns turned into a juggernaut by the late 60s, and they captured back-to-back national titles in 1969 and 1970. Their 1969 win upset the prediction that the defending Ohio State champions would take the win again.

While Texas traces its heyday back to the late 60s and early 70s, that doesn’t mean that more recent times have been any less successful. Thanks to the remarkable play of quarterback Vince Young, the Longhorns had an impressive string of success in the mid 2000s, capturing the national title with a 41-38 upset of a talented USC team.
