Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tickets

Perhaps no fans have experienced the ups and downs of football more than those of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The team’s earliest days were among the worst in the league’s history, but they have since become a regular contender in the NFC, and anyone who picks up Tampa Bay Buccaneers tickets will be in for a treat.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a professional team that joined the National Football League in the late 1970s as an expansion team. They currently belong in the NFC South Division after expanding from the AFC West in 1976. It was tough going from the beginning. Out of the gate, they lost their first 26 games, but by the end of the 1970s they had a division title and playoff win to their name. Things were looking up for Tampa Bay fans. Their transformation was officially complete in the 2000s, when head coach John Gruden guided the Bucs to an impressive victory over the Oakland Raiders in the 2002 Super Bowl.

Like all professional football teams, the Bucs have natural adversaries in their division with the Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons. A historical contention leftover from the Bucs’ pre-NFC South days with the Green Bay Packers is on the decline as the two teams rarely faceoff against one another these days. The Bucs play at Raymond James Stadium in their hometown of Tampa, Florida.

More recently, Tampa Bay has continued to compete year in and year out for the NFC South title. Despite having consistently young players, they continue to make surprising playoff pushes, including in 2010 when they made the post-season despite starting 10 or more rookies. The Bucs also have ownership to several division and conference championships. Bucs fans certainly appreciate the team’s success, and they have plenty to celebrate. Tackle your chance to see some of the finest NFL football when you purchase your Tampa Bay Buccaneers tickets today!
