The Super Bowl has long been one of professional sports most cherished traditions, and today has become the biggest sporting event of the year. Seen across the globe by over 1 billion people, the Super Bowl pits the best teams from the NFC and AFC in a battle for the Word Championship of football. The first Superbowl was played on January 15, 1967 and was originally a match up between the best team in the National Football League and the best team in the American Football League. When the two leagues became one in 1970, the Super Bowl was born and became a single game played each year for the NFL Championship. Super Bowl tickets become more obscure each year as the popularity of the NFL continues to grow dramatically.
