Although he regularly used the banjo in his stand up routine, only recently did he start releasing all-music albums and giving only music performances. Martin is no stranger to the banjo. He started playing when he was in his teens, and while he was working his way up to stardom, the instrument became a staple of his comedy routine. The record included a number of popular tracks including "You," which featured vocals from the Dixie Chicks, and a bluegrass version of his iconic Saturday Night Live tune "King Tut."
