Smash Mouth Concert Tickets

Smash Mouth was formed in 1994 by vocalist Steve Harwell, a former rapper with the group F.O.S. With his drummer friend Kevin Coleman, Harwell's former manager introduced them to guitarist Greg Camp and bassist Paul De Lisle. To hear these guys play LIVE, get your Smash Mouth tickets today!

The group, who follow in the novelty rock band vein of The Presidents of the United States, hit it big with their 1997, 1950s-influenced smash "Walkin' on the Sun." Smash Mouth, with their surf and garage inspired sound, played a summer fest with Beck and No Doubt and decided to record an album, Fush Yu Mang.

The band was signed to Interscope and added keyboardists Michael Klooster and percussionist Mark Cervantes in 1999. Smash Mouth followed up their debut with the album Astro Lounge. This album featured the single "All Star" which was a hit. Also in 1999, Coleman left the band and was replaced by drummer Mitch Marine for the band's upcoming tour. The band continued to work through the early 2000s and recorded various tracks for movie soundtracks, including a cover of The Monkees' "I'm a Believer" for Shrek. As of 2013, Steve Harwell is still fronting the band as lead singer, with Paul De Lisle playing bass, Michael Klooster still on keyboards, with drummer Randy Cooke and Sean Hurwitz on guitar joining the Cali party band crew.
