I saw Scott at The Grand in San Francisco on 2/5/09. He came on and performed some rare STP tracks like Atlanta along with some classics...interstate love song...unglued. He played a couple from 12 bar blues and the rest mainly from the new album Happy. I got to meet the bass player Tommy Black before the show, he's an awesome friendly dude. The band was tight and it couldn't get much better. Buy the new CD Happy and get out to a concert. Scott is truly a great musician.
Solo album is better than I expected. Different than STP or VR, but the guy seems to be doing stuff that's closer to his heart. Band is pretty tight.
