Pros:
Perfect Set List
Cons:
Poor Sound Quality, Too Loud
Best For:
Everyone
Finally a few weeks after event I have to write this letter and make own evaluation of the concert.
This is about the event in Rogers Arena (Vancouver)on Saturday, August 13, 8 PM and primary about: how to destroy joy of the music event and excellent performance of the Sade, by mismanagement of acoustic principles.
It is still mystery for me if you (ROGERS ARENA) intending to tested people's health or building structure, which may collapse with intensity of OVER EXPRESSED LOW TONE.
It is clearly for me that you - Rogers Arena, crew and management don't care about audiences, public.
Certainly organizations – Roger Arena are upon thinking and not mistaken, that not demanding, local Canadian Plebs will fulfill any concert!
Roger Arena - I could not believe that you are not making preliminary testing, checking, of the quality sound on the Rogers Arena whole space of entertainment venue!
I do not much enjoy of the portion of the concert with John Legend – who was at least a few pieces, performances to long on the stage in favor of the Sade's concert. She may sing a few more compositions!
Precisely saying, my complain is about overdose of the LOW TONE in acoustic spectrum which produced the pain in my chest and abdominal. And the plugs could help not much because as you may guess the low tone are everywhere in proximity area!! And this air pressure is destroying the pleasure and clarity of the music. In all sound, music spectrum the vocals mix was too low. I have to say that I am positively sure, with good impression, that overall third harmonic distortions were very low!
There are available bashful comments in the blogs of Internet reg. overdosing low tones in the USA's concert of current performers.
In 'old days' people would say 'they play GOOD because LOUDLY'!!!
In the last decade we have been two or three time per year at the concert in GM Place- Rogers Arena and never have been satisfied.
On the end – the simple solution for Rogers Arena is to apply and receive the Control Loop Response from the audiences or trained crew by supplying the 8-10 Response Transmitter regarding quality of the sound in the Arena Space. This allowed the console guys to modify, adjust the frequency console! The console technician, in the shorts and the headphones (there is a nice acoustic!!), frozen sitting at the huge media console!!
Shame of Rogers Arena venue services that customer must spent concert time at the gate entrance or on the Rogers Arena Ring corridor!!
AND I do not care if you have Bose 5k or 15k Watt (per channel!!) amplifiers hardware!!
Just is important to make right usage of IT!!
