Lots of fun. Venue got so hot and humid it almost rained sweat inside. Had oppertunities to be wild and crazy and places to have a more relaxing experience.

Reel Big Fish Concert Tickets

Reel Big Fish is a Southern Californian ska-punk band that formed in 1992, and made their way into mainstream music following the success of bands like No Doubt and Sublime in the mid-1990s. The band is set apart by hyperkinetic stage shows, juvenile humor, metallic shards of ska and ironic covers of new wave pop songs. Come get your Reel Big Fish tickets today to hear their unique sound.

The band, based in Huntington Beach, California, was originally a trio made up of vocalist/guitarist Aaron Barrett, bassist Matt Wong and drummer Andrew Gonzales. At first, they were considered a conventional rock band with pop-metal leanings that covered classic rock and Top 40 songs. After several months, they discovered ska music and decided to bolster their lineup with the addition of horn players. Tavis Werts plays the trumpet, Scott Klopfenstein plays trumpet and does vocals, and both Dan Regan and Grant Barry play the trombone. Reel Big Fish recorded its self-released debut album, Everything Sucks, in 1995, which became an underground hit in ska-punk and college circles.

Following the success of mainstream mid-90s bands like No Doubt and Sublime, the SoCal-based group reeled in a growing fan base. Their popularity grew immensely popular after their single "Sell Out" became a modern rock radio and MTV favorite in 1997. It received heavy airplay from several radio stations in the U.S., which soon translated into MTV support for the song's quirky video.
