I went back to my childhood to figure out what bands inspired me to play rock today (I sing and play keys in a coverband)...My quest brought me back to 1972 - 1973 and the Guess Who. I grew up listening to those songs. The Bachman / Cummings concert was hit after hit from the radio of my childhood. They and their band were fantastic...entertaining, great musicianship, harmonies to die for and we the Toronto crowd just wanted them to play on and on. Kim Mitchell opening was a pleasant surprise to me. I love his music as well. We will be going to more Randy Bachman / Burton Cummings concert on this tour and hopefully they will make a stop in Montreal and Ottawa.
