Queensryche Concert Tickets

Queensryche is one of the most successful American heavy metal bands in history, with more than a dozen studio albums and 20 million copies sold world wide to their credit. They are best known for their 1988 album, Operation: Mindcrime, which was one of the most innovative concept albums of all time. Join one of the icons of 1980s rock for a great night of music and buy your Queensryche tickets today.

Although the concept of the band began to form in the late 1970s, it wasn’t until 1984 that they started receiving recognition as a legitimate heavy metal band. That year, they recorded their first full length studio album, The Warning, which peaked at No. 61 in the Billboard album chart. Encouraged by that initial success, Queensryche went on a tour across the country to promote the album, opening for Kiss on their Animalize tour.

In 1986, Queensryche released their second album, Rage for Order, which revealed a softer side of the band as it assumed more of a glam rock/metal persona. By 1988, Queensryche was known throughout the world, and when their concept album Operation: Mindcrime was released they rocketed into superstardom.
