12-28-08 Steelers beat Cleveland 31-ZIP!
By Troy Palomalu's 2nd wife. from Blairsville, PA on 1/12/2009
Pros:
Awesome, Good seats, Great Atmosphere, High Energy, Stadium Packed, The Crowd Loved It
Best For:
Everyone

Our second trip to Heinz Field was great! Someone does need to find a happy medium on ticket prices. The average die-hard Steeler fan can't afford the whole heinz field experience after paying travel, parking, beer, food, souveniers, etc

"Great Game, Great Seats - Sort of!!"
By Steph the Steeler Fan from Ravens Land from California, MD on 11/1/2008
Pros:
Great Style Of Play, High Energy, Stadium Packed, The Crowd Loved It
Best For:
Everyone

People selecting the seating we had (Gate 5, Section 118, Row B, seat no.'s 456&7) need to be aware that rude fans ingore a "barrier" placed to control fans from illegally crossing into this section to find their correct seating. This occurs during game time and caused many of the fans paying good money for their seats to be interrupted and causing loss of viewing the game in progress. Stadium personnel were alerted to this and had difficulty controlling these individuals. I would suggest the cost of the tickets for these seats be reduced by the Steeler organization to absorb this innconvenience experience by courteous steeler fans like ourselves. Thanks for listening.

Pittsburgh Steelers Tickets

Thanks to a handful of Super Bowl titles, a passionate fan base and a lengthy string of success, the Pittsburgh Steelers have become the gold standard of football franchises. Since they started playing in the 1930s, rarely a year has gone by without them near the top of the standings, and Pittsburgh Steelers tickets are among the most popular items in the sports world.

The Pittsburgh Steelers, originally called the Pittsburgh Pirates, became an NFL franchise in 1933 and have gone on to become one of the most decorated teams in the AFC with a total of five Super Bowl victories. They gained the Steelers moniker in 1940 based off of a winning entry in a fan contest held by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette to name the team.

The Steelers' early days saw intermittent success, but by the time the 1970s came about they rose to become one of the best teams in the NFL. Led by Hall of Famers such as Terry Bradshaw, Lynn Swann and Franco Harris, the Steelers won four Super Bowl titles that decade. Pittsburgh fans were certainly spoiled during the 70s, but they continued to see success in the ensuing decades. In the 2000s, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger guided the Steelers to three Super Bowl appearances - and two titles.

With their success, the Steelers have garnered a fiercely dedicated fan base and more than a few equally ferocious rivalries. Historical contentions of the team spanned the 1960s and 70s to include the New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, Dallas Cowboys and the Oakland Raiders. Current division rivals consist of the Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals.

No matter what decade you look to, you'll see the Steelers competing for championships, and with a loyal fan following, a beautiful stadium and dedicated ownership, that won't change anytime soon. The Pittsburgh Steelers play at Heinz Field located in the North Shore neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Tackle your opportunity to see professional football at its finest when you purchase your Pittsburgh Steelers tickets today!
