Pros:
Crowd Was In To It, Great Encores, Great Lighting, Great Sound, Great visual compositions
Best For:
The Dead spirit lives

Set One was the Dead's third album Aoxomoxoa. Set Two was their fourth album LIve Dead. It felt great to be back with the old tribal family. Both sets were excellent. Set Two had some exquisite guitar interplays. The video screen showed excellent abstract collages that evolved with the music. A very uplifting evening!

Phil Lesh Concert Tickets

As a founding member of legendary folk rock band The Grateful Dead, Phil Lesh is one of the most accomplished musicians performing today. Fans can see what the seasoned pro has been up to in recent years by picking up Phil Lesh tickets.

A classically trained multi-instrumentalist, Lesh was one of the earliest pioneers of the electric bass guitar - incorporating his own musicality and jazz-style improvisational techniques into the folk rock scene of the 1960s. This unique playing style, combined with Lesh's high-tenor contribution to the band's layered vocal harmonies, helped put the Grateful Dead on the map and earned the group an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.

Since the breakup of the band in 1995, Lesh has continued to make music, both with fellow Grateful Dead alums Bob Weir and Mickey Hart, and as a solo act. His more recent albums have seen Lesh explore the signature "San Francisco Sound" that made his old band so popular. Teaming up with some of the most talented musicians around, Lesh has stepped to the forefront and proved that a rhythm musician can also be a successful frontman.
