Pete Townshend Concert Tickets

Arguably one of the most influential guitarists of all time, Pete Townshend is a living legend. The creative force behind The Who has also established himself as a solo performer throughout his career, and Pete Townshend tickets offer fans the chance to see their idol up close.

Townshend has dabbled in the solo world for decades. Some his earliest work apart from The Who came in the late 1960s and early 70s. His first major album was the 1972 record Who Came First. A moderate commercial success, the album was a critical favorite and signaled that Townshend could survive on his own.

Over the ensuing decades, the rocker continued to sprinkle in solo albums during his work with The Who, including the 1993 album Psychoderelict. Much like many of Townshend's other works, it was a concept album that pushed the limits of rock. In the years since then, he has continued to tour with The Who while also playing solo on occasion.

While he is well past the age of a layman's retirement, Townshend still has the stage presence he did 40 years ago a fact to which anybody who has seen the band play lately can attest.
