OHL Doubleheader Hockey Tickets

The Ontario Hockey League is one of the best junior hockey leagues in the world, and its annual doubleheader is one of its premiere events. Played outdoors in the middle of winter at Comerica Park in Detroit, the OHL Doubleheader offers true hockey fans the chance to participate in a novel experience. So bundle up, bring your thermoses and get ready to settle in for some great hockey action with your OHL Doubleheader tickets.

The OHL first formed in 1971, and it is one of three junior hockey leagues that make up the Canadian Hockey League. Young phenoms ranging in age from 15 to 20 play in the OHL, awaiting their chance to make it all the way to the NHL. Scouts from the pro leagues are regularly on hand to watch these spectacular young players fly across the ice, passing, checking and shooting their way to victory.

Small- and mid-sized cities from all over Southern Canada and the Upper Midwest, including London, Ontario, and Saginaw, Mich., are home to OHL teams, giving fans in those communities sports teams around which they can rally. In the more than 40 years since the OHL made its debut, it has grown into a tradition throughout the region, and its annual doubleheader is a destination event for hockey fans throughout the region.
