Of Monsters and Men Concert Tickets

Coming from the far reaches of Iceland, Of Monsters and Men took the music world by storm in 2012. The hottest sound to come from Iceland since Bjork, this mutli-piece band has one of the most unique sounds on the radio, and as anybody who has picked up Of Monsters and Men tickets can attest, they put on a great show.

The early days of the band can be traced back to 2009, when lead singer Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir was looking for musicians to add to her solo project. She certainly did just that, and enlisted the help of five others, including fellow vocalist and guitar player Raggi Þórhallsson. Soon after, the newly formed Of Monsters and Men began performing around Iceland, and it wasn't long before they would make their way to the United States.

Of Monsters and Men released its debut album My Head is an Animal in 2011, but it wouldn't hit shelves in the U.S. until 2012. However, by then their unique folk-infused sound had already made its way to airwaves, most notably the lead single "Little Talks." With catchy hooks, impressive vocals and skilled instrumentation, the album became a quick hit and tunes such as "Dirty Paws" and "Mountain Sound" quickly became staples of the concert festival scene.
