After a 2 hour drive, got to the will call window and there was no ticket for me. Finally called ticketsnow and they put me on hold for about 20 minutes (roaming charges on my cell phone). About 50 minutes after I arrived, a person representing ticketsnow came and gave me a ticket. Missed all the pregame activities that I showed up early to see. Finally got in after the game had started. Had to pay inflated handling charges for the ticket to get this kind of service. Ticketsnow -- ticketsnever

I ordered tickets for my boyfriend for his birthday (who has never seen an ACC game in person) since he is a die-hard Wolfpack fan. [...]My boyfriend loved the tickets, loved the game and to top it off; it was one intense game. It couldn't have been any better.
The game was awesome. As far as basketball games there is really no bad seats in the arena.
