Great band and performer!
By freshmina from Nashville, TN on 10/1/2008
Pros:
Engaging Stage Presence, Great Lighting
Cons:
Poor Sound Quality
Best For:
Fans

The sound at the Riviera theater was poor, all bass and not well balanced mid - hi range sound. Nick Cave was fantastic, and the light show was beautiful, I just wish the sound had been better.

By kpearlson from Redondo BEach, CA on 9/24/2008
Pros:
Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Encores, Great Lighting, Great Sound, Perfect Set List
Cons:
Too crowded on floor, Was the most crowded on t

One wierd thing: Before the show, some guy comes on stage to tell you to note the Emergency Exits...never heard that before. So crowded on floor I had to clap with my hands almost hitting my nose!!!

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds Triumph
By Berlin Bill from Los Angeles, CA on 9/19/2008
Pros:
Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Sound
Cons:
Too Short
Best For:
Everyone

Great show, but a bit short. Having two opening acts made their set shorter than it6 should have been. Good balance between new and older stuff. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are definately a "reinvigorated" band, last time they were much more subdued.

Nick Cave Concert Tickets

Few artists over the last 30 years have been quite as inventive as Nick Cave. Whether as a member of a band or as a solo performer, the Australia native has been a trailblazer in the post-punk and alternative rock scenes, and today Nick Cave tickets remain a popular item among a large swath of fans.

Cave's first big break came when he formed the alterative band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. After forming in the early 1980s, Cave and his band quickly rose through the ranks and by the end of the decade, were well on their way to super stardom. With classic albums such as Henry's Dream and Let Love In, Cave's place in the music world was already well-established by the time he decided to try his hand as a solo performer.

Though he has no solo studio albums, Cave has been performing by himself since the mid-90s in addition to his work with the Bad Seeds and his side project Grinderman. He is usually joined on stage by famed violinist Warren Ellis and several other musicians while he plays on piano. For fans of any of his projects, it's a must see.
