HANDICAPPED PARKING
By geezer12 from CHICOPEE, MA. 01013 on 9/24/2008
Cons:
HANDICAPPED PARKING
Best For:
No One

THE HANDICAPPED PARKING WAS TERRIBLE. MY WIFE WHO IS HANDICAPPED HAD TO STOP MANY TIMES TO THE POINT WHERE I HAD TO CARRY HER TO THE CAR. IT JUST RUINED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. ALSO THEY SAID THERE WAS NO HANDICAPPED SEATING BUT PLENTY WAS AVAILABLE WHEN WE GOT THERE. I JUST BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BE MORE CONSIDERENT TO THE HANDICAPPED BECAUSE THER CONDITION IS BAD ENOUGH AND HAVE FEW ENJOYABLE MOMENTS IN THEIR LIFE WITHOUT MORE DISAPOINTMENT SUCH AS THIS. New England Patriots Tickets

The New England Patriots are members of the East Division of the AFC. The team was established in 1959 in the Boston area and held the team name of Boston Patriots at that time. Currently the team plays home games at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. In the early years the team didn’t have their own stadium and adjusting to the different fields (Nickerson Field, Harvard Stadium, Fenway Park and Alumni Stadium) became difficult. The switching of the fields made it complicated for sales of New England Patriots tickets to really take off. The Patriots appeared in the 1963 AFL East Championship but lost to the San Diego Chargers with a score of 51-10. They would not reappear in the post season again for years to come.

The Pats joined the NFL when the leagues merged in 1970. The next decade saw them make it to the Playoffs and take home the AFC East Championship title, but they never made it further during that era. The 1980s held more success for the budding Patriots, sending them all the way to Super Bowl XX against the Chicago Bears, but they lost with a score of 46-10. The team underwent a drastic overhaul in the 1990s that led them to Super Bowl XXXI and on to three Super Bowl Championships triumphs in the 2001, 03 and 04. The Patriots’ record from the end of the 2007 regular season was a perfect 16-0 crowning them the fifth team in league history to go undefeated during their regular season.

With history and success comes tradition and rivalry. A team tradition is having 10 men dressed as minutemen lined up after both end zones. If the Patriots score the opposite field end fires a round of blanks from their muskets and the point-after-touchdown is followed by the men firing their guns together with Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture. For the Pats the rivalries fall down the division lines in the form of the Buffalo Bills, New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. The Patriots have had a number of incredible players grace the football field, including four Hall of Famers including Nick Buoniconti, John Hannah, Mike Haynes and Andre Tippett. The team’s long-term success has led to several seasons of sold out Patriots tickets.
