I'd never heard of this band before seeing them in concert. Filling in as an opener for Switchfoot in Rochester,NY- Mutemath consumed the room with their own blend of powerful electronic alt-rock, and clean sound never heard in a rock concert before. Totally blown away by the experience, after the show I immediatly approached the guy running the sound board and shook his hand. WOW, who are these guys? This was the best band I never expected to see, and one of the best live performances I've ever seen. And the other 1500 people in the room... when an opening band gets cheers for an encore- that says it all.
