have taken my granddaughter to all concerts with us since she was 5 she is now 15 They did not come to our area every year to my disappointment But this is the year they will be back to northern Illinois. This is the only group I insist on going to see--can't get enough!!They never cease to amaze me. Everybody was concerned when Ray's health prevented him from continuing his touring. But additions have been made and their sound has never changed. Whenever they take the stage, I find myself tearing up and I can't move. I feel if I move, I will miss something.. I will love the MOODY BLUES until the day I die!!!! June 25 can't come soon enough for me!!

The Moody Blues is a UK-based rock band that is a staple of the 1960s progressive and psychedelic rock genres. The band’s signature blend of rock and classical music is the sound that has sold over 65 million albums globally. Seize the opportunity to check out this slice of music history live in concert; purchase your The Moody Blues tickets today! Established in the mid-1960s, The Moody Blues went to work and pushed their debut album “The Magnificent Moodies” out the door by the second quarter of 1965. While not a commercial hit, the LP paved the way for the follow-up album “Days of Future Passed” which went Gold in the US. Subsequent albums such as “In Search of the Lost Chord,” “On the Threshold of a Dream,” “A Question of Balance” and “Seventh Sojourn” produced hit singles like “Nights in White Satin,” “Question” and “Isn’t Life Strange.” After a brief hiatus in 1974 to work on solo projects, The Moody Blues reunited in 1977 to begin recording new material. As they made their way into the 1980’s, the band was slid into the classic rock category by the music industry. In 1986 the Moodies played with Electric Light Orchestra and George Harrison after reenergized success with album “The Other Side of Life” and hit single “Your Wildest Dreams.” Continuing to draw an audience and sell tickets, The Moody Blues performed at festivals and filled venues to the brim.
