Mobb Deep Concert Tickets

The hip hop duo known as Mobb Deep is made up of Prodigy and Havoc. The New York-based emcees have been rapping together ever since they attended the High School of Art and Design in Manhattan as teenagers. See these East Coast rap legends LIVE by getting your Mobb Deep tickets.

In 1991, the group released its first album, Juvenile Hell. While the record wasn’t their most successful release, it helped get the band’s name out there, thanks in large part to the single "Peer Pressure." Mobb Deep’s second album, The Infamous, came out in 1995 under Loud Records. This record became enormously popular thanks to two singles: "Survival of the Fittest" and "Shook Ones, Part II." Even to this day, the album is among the best rap records of the 1990s. The lyrics on the album reflect the grim happenings of the Queensbridge Houses - one of the largest housing projects in the United States.

Just one year later, in 1996, Mobb Deep released a follow-up album, Hell on Earth, which kept with the trend of dark themes. It wasn’t until 2001 that they broke out of their pattern of songs about crime and wrote a single about love called "Hey Luv." It balanced between the line of rap and R&B.
