She broke onto the scene in 2005 with her debut album Kerosene, which was an immediate hit. While her freshman album was popular, her follow up, 2007's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, was even more so. Paced by the tension-filled "Gunpowder and Lead," the album reached number one Billboard country charts and earned Lambert the award for Album of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Her 2011 album Four the Record, was a critical favorite, and given that she is one half of country's "it" couple, with husband Blake Shelton, who's a star in his own right, she won't fade from view anytime soon.
