Bought two premium seat tickets to a Minnesota Twins baseball game in which we were to take a business client. Our client was an avid Twins fan and we were to close on a business deal that evening. These tickets were bought on-line the night before with our credit card. When ordering the tickets, a statement said our credit card would be charged and we were required to click a confirmation button to complete the transaction. Once clicked there was no way to cancel. The site graciously offered 'insurance' (for an additional charge) allowing for a refund if for any 'covered' reason (sickness, death, etc.) we backed out of the transaction. I chose not to. I then clicked the transaction confirmation box and immediately received a confirmation number for the ticket purchase. Ahhhh, TRANCACTION COMPLETE!! Ohhh, not so fast... The next morning(game day), we recieved what appeared to be an automated E-mail from this company that stated our tickets were 'no longer available' but that there were other tickets to this event available for purchase. I immediately called to find out what was going on. Before jumping on the sales agent, she explained that the replacement tickets (seating was further away) were nearly DOUBLE THE PRICE of the tickets I purchased the night before, which once again, I had received a transaction confirmation number for. The lady then explained that the tickets they sell are 'brokered' and that the web-site IS NOT updated on a real time basis. This meant they have to contact the sellers (season ticket holders, other brokers, etc.) to see if the tickets are still available. TIME OUT! We bought these tickets in good faith, gave them our credit card number at the point of sale (their web-site) and acccepted the transaction. Period. In my mind they practice deceptive and fraudulent marketing. They draw unsuspecting customers to buy 'brokered' tickets that may not exist, and they do not clearly and prominently disclose this fact. This site is DECEPTIVE. If they had told me that my tickets were brokered and may not be available the next day, then I simply would not have used this service! *** Do NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!! ***
