a better seating chart pic, i would of rather sat in the orchestra pit but couldn't tell by the seating chart if they were in a sunken area or not and they weren't so they would have been better seats then my second row seats!
[...] Power outage was due to faulty equipment at DTE center.
The show was an extraordinary experience for anyone who loves good music, great messages and life-changing encouragement! My only complaint was the fact that the power went out and all of the surrounding area was without power and the show was cancelled. Yet, the little bit that I did see simply blew me away and I can't wait for the concert to return so that I can experience the real deal! Amazing and greatly recommended!

I don't understand how the wonderful starting act of Matthew West could go without a hitch from 7:30 to 8 p.m. But as soon as the stage was set for Steven Curtis Chapman and he finished his first song, the electricity failed. And it kept failing everytime he resumed performing. The crowd was exemplary in their demeanor and behavior throughout the one hour and 40 minute ordeal and then a rep announced the termination of the concert. [...]In all the years that I have attended the Music Theatre, I have never heard of such an occurance happening. It was most disappointing but I think that you will have to agree and appreciate the fine qualities of your audience that day and remember that and encourage more Christian concerts to play at DTE Energy Music Theatre.Sincerely,Judy S.
