Katt Williams Comedy Tickets

It's often said that it's hard to make people laugh. For comedians like Katt Williams, that just isn't the case, as the hilarious actor and stand-up comedian has been cracking up audiences throughout the country since the 1990s. While Katt Williams has served as actor and musician, his road to stardom was through comedy. Let this funny man make you burst at the seams with Katt Williams tickets.

The Cincinnati-born performer started out as a street vendor in Florida after emancipating himself from his parents at 13. He took to stand-up comedy soon after, performing five-minute improv skits at little-known venues. With success under his belt, he moved on to larger, national venues, like the Hollywood Park Casino and California's The Ice House.

With his perennially permed hair, bright and occasionally sequined suits, and trademark blue comedy, Williams has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry. This is thanks to appearances on BET's "Comic View," his numerous stand-up specials and roles in movies like "Friday after Next" and "First Sunday." Williams is best known for his roles in comedies, but many also remember him for his off-stage antics. For instance, he was placed under warrant after missing a court date for allegedly leading police on a pursuit while he was driving a three-wheel motorbike.

Williams boasts a comedic style heavily influenced by some of the funniest people in history, including Richard Pryor, Don Knotts, Eddie Murphy, Bill Cosby and George Carlin. Though he briefly retired in 2008, you can't keep a good Katt down, as the stand-up launched his recent, "Kattpacalypse," in 2011.

"My goal is to build a comedy empire and help restore dignity to our profession," Williams says on his personal website. "It's the best I ever feel when I'm on stage, putting the thoughts from my head into those of an audience. Applause is my drug of choice."

He also announced his retirement from comedy after he was arrested due to an altercation with some fans, but soon changed his mind. Since then, he's continued to make a name for himself in the comedy world, entertaining massive crowds with his often x-rated humor. The comic is back in prime form and shows no signs of slowing down. Fans who grab Katt Williams tickets get to see the funnyman live, up close and personal.
