During the second or third song, the speakers went out and John sung an entire song before he was told that no one other than probably the first three rows could hear him. After about 10 minutes sound was restored and he did a good job of dealing with the crowd. I would see mellencamp again and again but I wouldn't see Lucinda again.

great as is
We didn't like Lucinda and didn't understand how she could be touring with a quality act like Mellencamp. She didn't have a good stage presence, a good voice, a stellar band, and was hard to look at. We feel that Mellencamp should have had a better second act.
