Joan Sebastian Concert Tickets

In the long history of Mexican pop music, it's hard to find an artist more successful than Joan Sebastian. Deftly blending elements of ranchera and grupera music, he has become one of the most prolific performers of the last several decades, and Joan Sebastian tickets remain popular among fans of all ages.

Sebastian has one of the most unique stories of any performer. Originally intending to be a priest, he was persuaded to pursue a music career by famed Mexican actress Angélica María. It wasn't long before he was in Mexico City performing for big-name record producers and his rise to stardom was soon inevitable.

After carving out a loyal fan base for himself throughout the 1980s and 90s, Sebastian reached new heights in the 2000s with the release of Afortunado. The record hit shelves in 2002, and it wasn't long before it was a hit, eventually going on to win a Grammy for Best Mexican/Mexican-American Album.

Today, Sebastian lends his expertise to some of the brightest stars in the Latin music world, including a 2012 effort with Lucero, Un Lujo.
