Jenny Lewis Concert Tickets

Born in Las Vegas on January 8, 1976, Jenny Lewis has had an extensive and successful career in both music and acting. Her first exposure to mainstream media came as an actress in a Jell-O commercial while she was a child. Over the years, Lewis has been active musically in the band Rilo Kiley, as a solo performer, and as part of celebrated supergroup The Postal Service. Known for her immensely varied skill set, she’s said to put on a fantastic live show. Jenny Lewis tickets make for a great evening for anyone who appreciates pure musical ability.

Lewis’ career as a musician officially began with Rilo Kiley releasing an E.P. entitled The Initial Friend. Rilo Kiley would go on to release several more albums across multiple labels, finishing with Rkives in 2013. Lewis was asked to join The Postal Service, a project of ben Gibbard’s (Death Cab for Cutie) and Jimmy Tamborello’s. She began by providing back up vocals, keyboard and guitar on several tracks before becoming a full member of the band and touring with them in 2013. The Postal Service’s only album, Give Up, received remarkable critical acclaim and achieved platinum status, selling over a million copies and being re-released on it’s 10 year anniversary prior to the group’s farewell tour in 2013. Lewis has also released three solo albums: Rabbit Fur Coat (2006), Acid Tongue (2008) and The Voyager (2014).
