Jason Isbell Concert Tickets

Jason Isbell is an American country singer/songwriter from Green Hill, Ala. He is known for his work with the band Drive-By Truckers and a successful solo career in progressive and alternative country and rock. Purchase your Jason Isbell tickets today and fall in love with one of the most talented country rock stars Alabama has ever produced.

Isbell was born into a family of musicians and almost by default became one himself. He worked as a songwriter in his early twenties and, in 2001, landed a gig with the rock band Drive-By Truckers. He wrote and recorded with the band for three albums, but left the group in the spring of 2007. Later that year, he would write and record his first solo album, Sirens of the Ditch, which earned positive reviews.

In 2009, Isbell released an eponymous album with his band The 400 Unit. Encouraged by its initial success, the band would go on to record their second album, Here We Rest, in the spring of 2011. Isbell and his band wrote, produced and recorded the entire album without any outsiders - other writers, singers or producers - influencing their music.
