Jacksonville Jaguars Tickets
Since joining the National Football League in 1995, the Jacksonville Jaguars have certainly made their mark. Giving the Miami Dolphins a team to battle for Florida control, the Jaguars gained a fan base that has grown over the years. The Jacksonville Jaguars were one of two teams added to the NFL in 1995, and are currently members of the AFC South Division. During their first year, the Jags finished the season with a 4-12 record. They came back with a vengeance in 1996 with a record of 9-7, launching them into the AFC playoffs as the fifth seed. They surprised everyone by entering the playoffs and advancing all the way to the AFC Championship game - coming within one game of the Super Bowl before losing to the New England Patriots.

In the years since their ascent to the AFC title game, the Jaguars have continued to surprise people. Despite playing in the super-competitive AFC South, the Jags are always in contention and have put together some impressive playoff runs over the years thanks to the talent of players such as running backs Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew, both of whom are considered among the most reliable backs of the last 15 years.

Since the Jags inaugural season, they have racked up a couple of division championships and have made more than a few playoff appearances, though they have yet to bring home a Super Bowl victory. While the Jacksonville Jaguars haven’t been around long enough to work up any historical rivalries, their youth doesn’t help them escape standing divisional contentions with the Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts. Geography alone brings the Jags natural adversaries in the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
