The openers were not my particular cup of tea and during their set the crowd was really aggressive and pushy, trying to get to the front for Jack's. Once Andrew came on, people relaxed and decided to enjoy the music from where they were. The best parts were when the crowd jumped together during the chorus of "Bruised" and Andrew crowd-surfed. I've been at shows with more cohesive crowds, but in the front we all passed around water the bouncers handed out because it was so hot. Everyone was up against one another. But Jack's Mannequin was great and played all the songs I wanted to hear. House of Blues is an excellent venue.
it was an awesome time. alotta young kids crammed into a very small space. but all in all. awesome.
