Idina was WONDERFUL! Didn't have the chance to preview her album beforehand but the music was awesome! LOVED the banter with the audience and the personal stories. She was enchanting and lovely...in fact, had I seen her BEFORE Wicked, I would have said she'd make a perfect "Glinda!" Very enchanting! Closed with "Defying Gravity" which MADE MY NIGHT!! Thoroughly enjoyed her candor..but, not sure if all the families present enjoyed her colorful language!
Idina engaged the audience in conversation after her opening number and kept us engaged until she left the stage. She told stories about her life, giving us insight into what her songs meant to her. It seemed more like you were getting to know a friend, instead of seeing a concert by a stand-offish celebrity.
hands down one of the best nights of my life! the show was incredible! Idina was perfect the entire night and had the crowd completely engaged. a must see!!!!
She was amazing-- however the sound was off, Not sure if the band was too loud, But it was clear she noticed it being off. The first few songs you were not able to understand her at all.
