I saw this musical on 9/19/09 with my girlfriends and we had a ball! We loved singing along to the favorite tunes. The entire audience was engaged, singing on top of our voices to I'm Every Woman and I Will Survive. We also thought it was hilarious! What I didn't like was the seating; comfortable and nicer chairs would be preferable.

I went to see this play last Sunday at Sophia's Club Downstairs at the Edison Hotel, NYC. The venue was absolutely filthy. [...]The sound system was so loud, it overpowered the singing.. It wasn't funny at all, and often times crude and distasteful and I am far from being a prude!! If you don't get there early you get awful seats where your view is obstructed. The acting is very amateurish. I have seen better talent at the local high school musicals. The party of five I was with couldn't even bear to go back after intermission. We all felt the same way, and our ages range from 43 – 71 years of age!! Don't Waste Your Money!!!
Not entertaining at all. I felt like I was at a karoake bar and not a show...None of us "got it" How could this fill up a theater?
