For Today Concert Tickets

For Today is a Christian metalcore band from Sioux City, Iowa, best known for songs like “Devastator,” “Fearless,” “Fight the Silence,” “Saul of Tarsus,” “Pariah” and “Flesh and Blood.” The band blends genres like hardcore and metalcore rock, and laces each track with Christian sentiment as a way of expressing their love for God and spreading the word of Jesus. Buy your For Today tickets now and enjoy a night of heavy music with one of Christian rock’s rising stars.

When For Today broke out of the small town of Sioux City, it had big dreams of success. Formed in 2005, the band, which consists of Mattie Montgomery on lead vocals, Ryan Leitru on lead guitar, Brandon Leitru on bass and Sam Penner on the drums, had to overcome ridicule and judgment in order to make a name for themselves in the music scene. The group’s first few years together were spent working the rock circuit across the Midwest before signing a contract with Facedown Records in 2008. That same year, For Today released its debut album Ekklesia. Spurred by success, the band went on a year-long tour and, in 2010, released its sophomore effort Portraits.
