Flashdance Theater Tickets

The classic 1983 film Flashdance is one of the most iconic movies of the decade, and now a new generation of audiences can experience the legendary story as it moves to the theater stage. Flashdance tickets have been popular since the show debuted in 2008, and with a timeless plot and a number of powerful tunes, it's not hard to see why.

Flashdance the musical first hit the stage in London 25 years after the release of the film. Anybody familiar with the movie will certainly appreciate the story, which does not change much. The plot centers around Alex, a Pittsburgh woman who is a welder during the day, but she dances at night in the hopes of attending a prestigious dance school.

While the story is familiar, this time around audiences will be treated to some new songs developed specifically for the musical adaptation. Tunes such as "Long Way Home" and "You Can't Keep Me Down" will appeal to fans both new and old. And lest audiences think some of the trademark songs from the film version disappeared, the songbook also includes "What a Feeling" and "Maniac," both of which were substantial hits. Seize your chance to take in music and pop culture in one gulp; purchase your Flashdance theater tickets now!
