good, too late start

I would see the Flaming Lips again. The problem with it was they started way too late for me (went on at 10 pm). I would never go to Festival Pier for another show. They had such strict rules and once you were in, you couldn't leave. Who wants to stand on pavement for 5 hours waiting for a band to play? For the price I paid for the tickets, I didn't get to enjoy the whole show.

Best Show I've Ever Seen

Opening band was awful but The Flaming Lips were unbelieveable. I was mesmerized the entire show. I have never been to a show where it was SO obvious that the fans and the band were having the same experience.

i was sitting on the massive greek theatre steps, whan a guy with a badge came up and asked, "would you like to go backstage, wear a costume, and dance with the lips on stage?" need i say more??? what a trippy perspective to enjoy this show. my mind, i believe, is still blown. i am so thankful and thrilled.

Flaming Lips Concert Tickets
