Evil Dead: The Musical Theater Tickets

The Evil Dead film series, which famously starred Bruce Campbell throughout the 1980s and 90s, is one of the most popular cult classics in cinematic history. Though there are discussions of a possible remake in the works, those who saw the original don't have to wait. In fact, fans of the franchise can experience the trilogy in an entirely new way by picking up Evil Dead: The Musical tickets.

The play, which first premiered in 2003, is a somewhat comedic take on the campy horror franchise. The plot follows a group of college students as they spend time in a cabin in the woods. Throughout the play, a number of original songs are interspersed with the appearance of demons and other ghouls, allowing the films hero, Ash, to make a number of appearances.

Though the storyline certainly takes some creative freedoms with the plots of the original movies, fans of the franchise have been quick to praise the unique and darkly funny musical. Since it premiered in Canada, the show has made its way all across North America including New York City and Las Vegas. It has also earned international fame as well, landing in Japan and South Korea.
