One of the best shows I have ever seen! If it was not for this website, I would have never been able go... i love the internet!
I didn't know quite what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised. He is a great musician and a great performer, and he really used the symphony backup to great advantage. I love so many of his songs that I wish he had played more standards.
Absolutely amazing! The set list was pretty much older stuff, but it was done with such energy and great arrangement that it felt new, fresh - they clearly weren't bored, not just going thru the motions
Great, intimate setting for seeing Elvis celebrating his 30 years of making records. Avalon is a great in terms of being able to see the performers, but the sound quality wasn't great. I would go back there to see a show however.
